Pediatric Care

Kids benefit from chiropractic care, too! Gentle adjustments support healthy development, better posture, stronger immunity, and optimal brain–body communication during critical growth years.

Why Chiropractic Care?

Daily stress, poor posture, and even small injuries can cause misalignments in the spine and pelvis. These misalignments put pressure on the nervous system, which controls every function of your body, from movement and digestion to sleep and immunity. Chiropractic adjustments restore proper motion, relieve nerve pressure, and help your body communicate and heal the way it’s meant to.

Key Benefits of Chiropractic Care:

Pain Relief

Naturally reduce discomfort caused by misalignments

Improved Function

Support better mobility, posture, and body balance

Stress Reduction

Release tension stored in the spine and nervous system

Better Sleep

Improve rest by helping your body relax and regulate itself

Natural Healing for All Ages

Safe and effective care for newborns, kids, adults, and seniors

Enhanced Overall Wellness

Promote optimal brain–body communication to keep you functioning at your best

Your First Visit

We know visiting a new chiropractor can feel unfamiliar, and we’re here to make your experience simple and stress-free. From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll be cared for like family.

Step 1: Quick Paperwork

When you arrive, we’ll have a few minutes of easy paperwork to complete so we can better understand your health history and goals.

Step 2: Consultation & Exam

You’ll meet with Dr. Sarah for a one-on-one consultation and thorough exam. This includes:

  • Vital signs
  • Posture analysis
  • Gentle spinal and soft tissue palpation
  • Orthopedic testing (if needed)

This helps us get a complete picture of your spine and nervous system function.

Step 3: Your First Adjustment

As long as there are no red flags or further testing required, you’ll receive your first chiropractic adjustment during this visit. Most patients leave feeling relaxed, balanced, and encouraged.

Step 4: Follow-Up & Personalized Care Plan

At your next appointment, Dr. Sarah will review your results and outline a personalized plan to help you reach your health goals. Because most health issues develop over time, consistent adjustments are often needed to create lasting change.

Our goal is to make every visit comfortable, clear, and tailored to your needs, so you always know what to expect and how we’re supporting your health.

Frequently Asked Questions

What conditions can chiropractic care help with?

Chiropractic care helps with a wide range of issues including back and neck pain, headaches, posture problems, stress, pregnancy discomfort, and more. It’s also used proactively to support overall wellness for adults and children.

Is chiropractic care safe for children and infants?

Yes! Pediatric chiropractic uses gentle, safe techniques to support healthy growth and nervous system function. Adjustments are adapted to each child’s size and needs.

Will chiropractic adjustments hurt?

Most patients feel relief, light pressure, or a gentle “pop.” Our adjustments are precise, controlled, and designed to be comfortable. We focus on your safety and comfort at every visit.

How often will I need to come in?

The number of visits varies depending on your needs. Many patients start with an initial series of adjustments and then transition to regular wellness visits to maintain health.

Can chiropractic care help during pregnancy?

Absolutely! Dr. Sarah is certified in the Webster Technique, which helps restore proper alignment and neuro function during pregnancy, reducing discomfort and supporting optimal birth outcomes.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit includes a consultation, posture examination, and your first adjustment (if cleared). Expect the appointment to take about an hour.

How does chiropractic care improve overall health?

By removing stress and interference from the spine and nervous system, chiropractic care allows your body to communicate better with your brain, improving organ function, immunity, digestion, and overall vitality.

Is chiropractic care only for pain relief?

No! While many visit for pain, chiropractic care also supports energy, posture, immune function, sleep quality, and overall wellness for all ages.
